Our next Yoga Workshop on Sunday 21 June includes a refreshing Vegan & Gluten Free lunch for just €35 per person.
Together we’ll embark on a symbolic Journey Around the Sun — moving through 108 minutes of mindful Sun Salutations, connecting breath with movement as yogis have done for centuries to mark times of transition and renewal.

Why 108?
In yogic tradition, 108 is considered a sacred number, representing wholeness, connection and completion. Moving through 108 sun salutations can become a moving meditation—a chance to cultivate resilience, focus and gratitude as we celebrate the height of summer!
