Active Tribe Courtown is committed to creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy our leisure and outdoor activities,
regardless of their individual needs or abilities.
We recognise that some of our customers may require additional support to access and enjoy our facilities. Our team aims to provide a friendly, respectful and understanding environment, while working with individuals and their carers to help make their experience as comfortable, enjoyable and safe as possible.
As part of this commitment, carers can use our facilities free of charge when accompanying and supporting a person in their care. This applies across our leisure and activity facilities, helping to ensure that the need for additional support does not create an additional barrier to participation.
All we ask is that carers show a valid carers card at Reception such as:
