The Rookie Lifeguard Programme at Active Tribe Courtown gives your child the skills they need to be confident and safe around water, which means peace of mind for you. With fun, varied activities the Rookie Lifeguard programme teaches children who can swim the length of the 25m pool (reached equivalent of swim academy level 6 or 7) how to enjoy water safely whether in shallow or deeper water.
Rookie Lifeguards will learn and practise how to rescue themselves and others from water and learn basic first aid skills all while working through progressive awards which can prepare them to become a professional lifeguard in the future!
