The Health Spa @ Active Tribe Courtown

Unwind and recover after a tough gym workout, fitness class or long swim the Health Spa is ideal for relaxing, recuperating or helping with relieving tension and improving blood circulation.

Our Health Spa offers a balanced thermal journey, from deep heat in the Sauna and Steam Rooms to revitalising Ice Bath immersion and precision temperature-controlled showers.

Our Sauna was recently refurbished and expanded to enable wheelchair users to access the dry relaxing heat as provided multiple levels to reach the temperature you want.

The full seated Steam Room accommodates at least 6 adults as soft clouds of steam create a soothing environment ideal for deep relaxation.

Use of the Health Spa is included at NO EXTRA COST in all Active Tribe Courtown memberships as wells as being available on a Pay As You Go basis. As with all our activities, facilities and classes, booking in advance is always recommended

Our Sauna, Steam Room and Spa Pool/Jacuzzi close occasionally for cleaning, maintenance and are generally not available during Swim Academy Lessons and is available for use by adults only. To ensure the Health Spa is available please call the centre on 053 94 25354
