New for 2026 - Sunrise Yoga @ Active Tribe Courtown!
Today saw the start of our new Sunrise Yoga class! The weather this morning was so nice we went outside!
For early risers who want to kick start their day with an hour of invigorating postures, fuelled by breath and movement, with a focus on mobilising the spine and building foundational strength, Sunrise Yoga is on Wednesday mornings at 7am!
