European Be Active Day
European Be Active Day @ Active Tribe Courtown - Wednesday 23 September!
Today is European Be Active Day!
We have public swimming and the Gym throughout the day, Sunrise Yoga at 7am, Active Circuit an 10am, Aqua Fit at 11am and 8pm and Active Spin at 7pm.
So there’s no reason not to be active today!
